Born in London, Adam has lived in England, Germany, Zambia, South Africa, Spain, Ireland, on the cruise ships in the Caribbean, Los Angeles, Colorado Springs and has finally settled down in Los Gatos, California. He has worked as a fitness center owner, personal trainer, travel company representative, lifeguard, horse trainer, film studio assistant, casino dealer, office manager, artist, professional movie and TV stuntman and an executive protection specialist to corporate executives and celebrities.
Adam can be seen performing stunt work in such movies as Jurassic Park – The Lost World, The Three Kings and such TV shows as Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, Newsradio and others. He spent 5 years in Los Angeles doing personal protection for various celebrities and foreign heads of state working alongside the Secret Service & other government agencies. He has been involved in the fitness industry as an instructor, personal trainer and gym owner since 1998.
Adam was fortunate enough to have an authentic Chinese master of Kung Fu and T’ai Chi move from China to live with him for almost a year. Master Gu Ping taught Adam the finer points of T’ai Chi and Qigong, leaving him with a Chinese teaching certificate for T’ai Chi. He has been involved in the martial arts since a very young age, having studied kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, T’ai Chi and military Close Quarters Combat, holding black belts in a few of those styles. He also spent 6 years on-and-off training in Tae-Bo with Billy Blanks.

- What's the best type of exercise? The best type of exercise is the type you will enjoy performing on a regular basis. If you don't enjoy running, don't run! Find another type of cardiovascular exercise that you will enjoy. Seek the advice of a professional because if you don't, the odds are 90% that you are doing it ALL WRONG.
