Why do I need a PIN to sign up?
We use the PIN to associate your phone with your online account. Fitnity Mobile is constantly uploading your data to the fitnity.com so it is available to you and to your coach.
Where do I find my PIN?
You can find your PIN on your Fitnity Mobile app. Click on the Menu button, then select the Profile menu option
How do I see the feedback from my coach?
You will receive an e-mail notification every time you have new feedback from your coach. You can also access your coach's feedback using Fitnity Mobile. Just click on the Menu button, then select the Coach menu option.
How can I view my personalized diet or workout?
You will receive an e-mail notification with your new personalized diet or workout immediately after your coach submits it. The new information is automatically uploaded to your Fitnity Mobile the next time it connects to the Internet.
How do I get Fitnity Mobile on my iPhone?
You can find Finity Mobile on Apple’s AppSore application. Just type “fitnity” in the search box. Or, you can follow this link to go directly:
How do I track my meals?
You can track meals in two different ways. If you are following a Fitnity diet or the diet that your coach created for you, you will see the meal options when you click the “Meal” button on the Home screen. If you want to track a meal outside your diet, click on the “More” button to access the Meal Calculator. If you are not following a diet you will see a pop-up where you can specify the caloric value for the meal. Or, click the “More” button to access the Meal Calculator.
How do I track my workouts?
You can track your workouts by clicking the “Workout” button on the Home screen. This button triggers a pop-up with your configured workouts. Just select the workout and the amount completed and click “Save.”
How do I track my weight?
You can track your weight by clicking the “Weight” button on the Home screen. This button triggers a pop-up with a slide bar set to your current weight so you can adjust it.
How do I change my daily calorie budget?
To change the budget for your meals go to Menu->Profile->Diet Budgets.
